Builds profitable business of ITL’s products and services by identifying and selling prospects customer; maintaining relationships with existing clients.
1/ Business development:

  • Contribute gross profit
  • Sales visit to prospect customer
  • Existing customer portfolio

2/ Account management:

  • Sales visit to existing customer
  • Prospect customer portfolio

1/ Deal with complaint:

  • Can manage complain from customer
  • Positive solving issue

2/ Account management:

  • Sales visit to existing customer
  • Prospect customer portfolio

3/ Customer royalty:

  • Low lost customer record

1/ Timeliness and accuracy on report:

  • CRM report
  • Monthly sales report

2/ Compliance assurance:

  • Follow up the company’s policy on working conditions, pricing and customer relationship


  • Company cohesion
  • Self-development


  • Contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue
  • Construction communicate with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target
  • Keep good image of Company in the market by professional style of working
  • Legal aspect as compliance

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 05 years working in logistics / freight forwarding industrial
  • Used to work for multinational logistics company is an advantage
  • Good knowledge about logistics industrial
