Setting and planning for annual/quarterly sales targets, following the overall company’s targets.
Follow-up closely the existing Distributor and expand more market & find out new distributor Make sure that the best contract performance of the customers is achieved.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential distributor as scheduled.
Strictly Credit control application.
Research Identify and develop new targeted (potential) customers.
Cooperate with the partners to make maximum satisfy for customers demand and aim to make more customers.
Responsible for payment collection i.e. no overdue and no bad debt
Market information gathering, timely reporting and solution proposing to the S&M Manager/Director. Timely update the market movement in the assigned territories including competitors activities, pricing movement, potential customers etc.
Ensure all necessary reports to be made on time as per requested.
Coordinate with Logistic, Customer Service for day-to-day business operation.
Based on S&M Manager/Director’s assignment, the position to take over JD of other colleagues in case they are on leave or out of the office.
