We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Senior Developer & Technical Lead with expertise in Node.Js MERN Stack, as well as experience in backend development. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to design and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge in Android (Kotlin), iOS(Swfit), and Next.js. and Nice-to-have Leading mobile team
Responsibilities:
Design and implement complex software solutions using Node.Js MERN Stack with a focus on backend development
Lead technical teams (MERN, ios and android) and mentor junior developers
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders
Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting code reviews and testing
Troubleshoot and debug software issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field/experience
At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-end development
Strong expertise in MERN Stack is must and mandatory.
Experience leading technical teams and managing projects
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-have Leading mobile team.
Nice-to-have knowledge of Android (Kotlin), iOS(Swift), and Next.js
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
