Senior Supply Planner (FMCG)

Supply Planner is expected to perform a variety of specific tasks:

• Maintain a long-term production schedule/plan, taking into consideration the needs forecasted by the demand planning team.
• Monitor monthly and weekly production plans, prioritizing certain work orders
• Track inventory levels at our distribution centers (DC) and allocate product as needed
• Track inventory of raw materials and advise our purchasing team (if any)
• Monitor movement of materials through purchasing, storage, production, and retail distribution
• Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory
• Analyzing data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
• Support & build up S&OP/IBP about supply review
• Manage shelf life and do some scenarios about stock at risks
• Collaboration with MKT, Factory to manage NPD timeline and Phase in/out innovation. Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Have bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business or Finance
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Supply planning in FMCG industry
• Software proficiency: Expertise in SAP IBP supply chain planning software or similar software and proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to adapt easily and handle several tasks at one time
• Solid analytical skills
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, or database applications
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
