Mô tả Công việc

Overall responsibility of Channel Manager in this position is to develop long-term trade marketing strategies and plans, with overall objective to build the preference of customers and shopper/consumers for Heineken portfolio, in alignment with brands’ strategies.

Key Tasks:

  •  Responsible for building launch plan, as well as short term and long term channel strategies for new product introduction specific for off-trade channel, in alignment with brand and sales teams, across different segments (premium, affordable premium, mainstream and cider)
  •  Support the channel strategy (review) process with focus on traditional off trade channel, ensuring right channel segmentation, clear channel landscape as well as channel prioritization
  •  Work in conjunction with strategy team to ensure channel strategy is properly translated into Picture of Success and outlets execution standards
  •  Translate long term channel strategy into yearly plan for off-trade channel
  •  Review, Evaluate and (re) build channel plans and activations in territories with stagnant or declining market share and sales performance – including reporting and alignment with senior management
  •  Develop, as well as accelerate current brand activations and channel programmes in newly acquired outlets among Northern provinces
  •  Have robust understanding of the shopper in the traditional trade and bring that perspective to marketing and sales teams as well as inject into traditional trade activities and promotions
  •  Evaluate the efficiencies of the trade marketing programmes and initiatives by analyzing sales performance and other variables, using internal and external data

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
  •  At least 5-year working experience in the relevant field in beverage industry or FMCG, including (but not exhaustive to):
  • o Brand Strategies
  • o Shoppers understanding
  • o Route to Market and Customer Understanding
  • o Channels Segmentations
  •  Has long term vision and how short term programmes can overall contribute to delivering on long term strategies
  •  Decision maker
  •  Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  •  Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm
  •  Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
  •  Conversation with spoken and written English and PC such as all Microsoft Office
