Responsibilities:
Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements.
Setting timelines for deliverables.
Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members.
Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile methodologies.
Successful delivery of customer projects, across the geographies assigned. Customer satisfaction is a key performance criteria.
Resolve potential conflicts between the delivery team and the customers.
Good project management skills to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborating with technical leads to ensure successful delivery of development scope and goals
Managing relationships with team and clients ensuring a high degree of engagement resulting in a shared understanding of strategy, implementation and delivery realities
Monitor team for process compliance, productivity, team work and efficiency.
Provide status information to the management about the project pipeline and status and health of execution.
Providing strategic vision, guidance and recommendations based on business and technical drivers

Qualifications:
6 to 10 years of overall IT software development experience.
Min 4 years of experience in a similar role in outsourcing company.
Project Management certification desirable.
Agile methodology experience is mandatory.
Skills & Expertise:
Excellent knowledge/experience in software project development, project development process.
Excellent in communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
Excellent in problem solving skills.
Ability to work with customer senior management professional.
Leadership skills to motivate and manage the team.
Experience with multi-national teams is desirable.
