Ensure timely, qualified and successful delivery of software development projects in the Japanese market.
Manage a team of software developers, providing direction and support to ensure successful project execution
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Japan
Manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communication
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in software development project management
Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
Experience managing teams of software developers
Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
