Solution Design Assistant Manager

• Support the Solution Design team in the pursuit of new business/ renewal of existing business
• Provide solutions/analytical support for implementation/re-engineering needs for key/strategic projects as assigned
• Establish optimal costing/commercialization for New/Existing business
• Engage and work closely with operations team on implementation of assigned projects
• Engage and work closely with BD and sector team on proposing solution design needs
• Championed assigned practise/solution subject matter expertise- build depths via research and application, team development & training, engagement on relevant projects
• Outline solutions and commercial proposals in appropriate formats for presentation to internal/customers. Participate in customer presentations where required
• Develop and maintain good and effective communication across the business
• Actively seek to understand and apply innovation be it facility, fleet, technology or safety to solutions
