Foreign Advertising company is looking for a Strategic Planning Director to join and manage the dynamic team in HCMC Communication Planning & Strategy:
Independently handle project & deliver good strategic approach from A to Z (research, strategy development, outcome delivery) while overseeing & managing other projects.
Play a role as a persuader to convince account & creative teams in creative briefing session: identify consumer insights & opportunities to translate them into strategic & creative platform. The ability to make complex subjects understandable.
In strategy approach, identify big picture & vision for clients which align & contribute to meet their business objectives.
Work with accounts to identify opportunities to offer more services for current clients.
Directly work & consult for clients:
Participate in important meetings with clients (brief & presentation days).
Clarify client brief by understanding client’s needs, identifying business objectives, challenges & opportunities to tap in through good & smart questions in briefing day. Also need to manage client’s expectation & deliverables.
Leadership & Team development:
Train & guide team member to grow and nurture team environment/culture.
Responsible for constructing and delivering high quality, accurate, on-time performance management.
Manage team resources & workload to work effectively to deliver multi projects at the same time.

At least 3 years working experience as a same position in advertising agency
Has strong background in Marketing, Market Research
Excellent spoken & written English & Vietnamese communication skills
Marketing-minded with strong senses of Innovation & Originality
Open-minded, Curious about trends
Pro-active, Insightful, Decisive & Passionate for winning
Master of Presentation & Conceptual Selling.
Understanding well all office software especially master of Microsoft PowerPoint, analysis software is a plus.
Experience Automobile/motorcycle industry, FMCG is a plus.
