Manage workers in shift.
* Manage a team assigned for part of production process.
* Ensure effective production operation.
* Control the team to ensure that production plan is achieved on a daily basis.
* Seek the possibility of production yield improvement and process optimization
* Communicate with other Teams in the process or other processes for adjustment and co-operation.
* Support & report to Shift Leader such as: production quantity, productivity, machine operation efficiency and working situation of workers...
- Male
- New graduated from Vocational/ College which major relate /Mechanical/Industrial or other Technology field.
- Be able to work on 3 shifts (12 hours/shift)
- Skills: Excel.
- High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
