Purpose of Job / Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the full spectrum of Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
To provide HR services to employees as below:
1. Training and maintaining Core values, Code of Conduct;
2. Performance management, career planning and discussion roadmap (SDOC), training needs, and conducting training programs;
3. To communicate to employees about the corporate programs, activities, initiatives…
4. In charge of internal communication, ensuring information, programs, and events of the Company and the Group are communicated to all employees;
5. To plan and implement employee engagement activities;
6. Conduct employee experience and engagement surveys, and make plans to improve service quality;
7. Manage talent profiles including potential employees, excellent employees, and successors...;
8. Manage competency tests, SDOC, and performance reviews for training needs to design appropriate development training programs, bridge the skills and professional qualifications gap for employees…
9. Follow up training costs and make sure not to exceed budget;
10. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.
11. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the HOD and Management.
Person Specifications
Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources Management/ BA/ Marketing or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant field.
Specific skills / abilities: Good working knowledge related to Human Resources Management, Talent management and development; Proficient in MS Office; Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese & English;
Personal qualities: Good communication & negotiation, presentation skills. Ability to self-motivate, transparency, positive thinking, and be open-minded.
