Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Technical Manager (Sportswear/Garment, 2000$, ID14525)
- Ensures that garment samples conform to corporate specifications / requirements by conducting fit & pattern evaluations, as defined by client’s needs.
- Actively engaged with provide technical advice & guidance to merchants/ QA Team to ensure that samples meet defined standards.
- Work with QA team to improve quality in the areas of sewing and construction,
- Knowledge of fabric constructions and fabric behaviors
- Work with technical or design team in styling, fitting, pattern or construction of all samples.
- Support the Garment Technologist or Garment Senior Technician to develop standard methods for new production techniques.
- Update new informs of pattern, fitting and designing in sample development changes.
- Handling technical issues in the production process, supporting technical solutions
- Advising and implementing technical improvement solutions to improve production efficiency.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in textile, fashion or related discipline preferred.
- Having minimum 3-5 years of working experience at the same position in garment technical management in Sportswear/Garment (Camping Clothes/Bags)
- Strong leadership skills, proactive problems solving and manage multiple challenges effectively.
- Good in spoken & written English
