Participate in LitCommerce project testing.
Create, maintain, and enhance comprehensive test documentation, including test cases and test plans.
Define and execute test scenarios to verify application functionality and performance.
Log and manage bugs throughout its lifecycle (ClickUp, Trello).
Collaborate with the development team and resolve reported issues.
Maintain, operate, and improve the testing process.
Participate in customer support.
Graduated from a college/university majoring in Information Technology or equivalent.
Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position at an E-commerce or Software company.
Worked with web-based products.
English reading comprehension: IELTS 5.0 or equivalent.
Experience in Web, HTTP, Rest API, and GraphQL is an advantage.
Diligent, hard-working, passionate about discovery, and ready for all new challenges.
