Purpose And Mission: developing and implementing promotional programs for the industry, managing distribution channels, and targeting customers according to the marketing manager‘s strategy within the allocated budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and be able to effectively manage and execute marketing campaigns.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement promotional programs for the industry, distribution channels, and target customers according to the marketing manager’s strategy within the allocated budget.
Minimize channel conflict through support policies and allocation of promotions for sellers/buyers.
Evaluate support programs to provide information and propose enhancements to investment efficiency for management levels.
Regulate goods by region/channel, combined with periodic inventory tracking at Distributors, markets, and resolving inventory at the company to ensure the inventory policies prescribed for each product category and distribution contract.
Analyze market information, competitors, and industry data reports (internal, external) to propose action plans (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing) for each region/area.
Prepare conferences, sales pitches, sales support tools for new product launches
Visit the market to inspect, evaluate support programs, projects, and competitor information.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
Understanding of Brand & category.
