We’re looking for Transaction Monitoring Officer for our Ha Noi Office.
Location: Spaces Belvedere, 28A Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform KYC for onboarding clients.
Design and control all process related to eKYC
Compose, Issue, amend, supplement documents related to eKYC
Perform anti money laundering (AML) activities, report suspicious transactions.
Perform customer risk assessment, Partner Due diligence, and special transaction monitoring
Detailed checking of invoices against supporting documents for transaction approval process.
Establish and continually update fraud detection framework
Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
Other tasks as assigned by Head of Internal Control & Compliance Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in banking, finance, economic, or its equivalent.
1 – 3 years of experience in banking fields (Teller preferable)
Experienced in fraud detection in terms of KYC and transaction review
Aggregate data and data analysis skill in order to provide appraisal judgement
Strong business mindset to understand customers and products
Meticulousness and integrity are non-negotiable prerequisites
Team work with strong work ethic, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compliance and/or legal knowledge is a plus
Desire to success and overcome challenges, work under high pressure
Result-oriented, well-organized & enthusiastic
