  • Senior Whitelabel Operations Specialist

  • Whitelabel Sales Admin Team Leader
  • Sales Quality Control Team Leader


  • Responsible for management of operations, third party sales and sales quality control for the effective implementation of projects in cooperation with partners, specifically in digital based business


Internal (within VPB FC): All key stakeholders of projects

  • Cooperate with key stakeholders to create and implement projects as well as assigned functional tasks of the Unit
  • Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables.

External (outside VPB FC)

  • Implement cooperative projects and deliver desired deliverables as per requests of BOM


Leadership Responsibilities

  • Build talent and capabilities within the taskforce department
  • Responsible for building and adjusting sales processes suit to the requirements of products, partners & channels
  • Building business requirement documents & coordinate to IT Division to modify/ enhance the systems to satisfy the demand of new products or payment channels
  • Regarding sales activities/ support customers to fulfill application process, responsible for conducting quality control of telesales, detect any mistake or ineffective calls to improve productivity. Coordinating to 3rd Parties Sales Management Team to build the effective training material
  • Documenting all operating procedure to ensure compliance with risk management
  • Coordinating to Financial Accounting Department in reconciling the cash in/ out with partners and third party sales

Daily BAU Responsibilities

  • Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues
  • Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved
  • Proactively proposed practical solution to fix the issues
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


  • Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics​


  • Min. 5 year of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in sales operations field, with good understanding of project nature


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese)
  • Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Project)
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Time management
  • Problem solving and negotiation skill
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • People management skill
  • Good understanding of intra-department functions, operations and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales, product and process knowledge
