Act as Receiving End Expert of specific technical process for transferring technology from overseas.
Establish overall understanding of production process that needs to be transferred, provide input to layout workshops from a future process owner’s perspective.
Act as a contact point for all move management activities between specialized layout teams and management team.
Interface for alignments during transfer phase between global and local project team, coordinate with cross-functional Work Packages (e.g. production, SCM, QCM, engineering, maintenance), equipment supplies and trainings.
Establish relocation project goals and objectives, making changes where necessary to ensure desired project results
Ensure all relocation management activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Develop and implement relocation project plan, schedule and budget through collaboration with the facility, project and construction managers and adhere to it.
Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
Manage supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.)
Translate process documents and implement into Adonis, care for procurement according purchase list and provide customs setup for local site.
Support to all Work Package Leaders and treatment of all issues in plant, inclusive shopfloor planning and support pilot production under standard operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Management and/or Technical field
At least 3 years experience in project management as project leader or key coordinator in technology transferring project.
Proficient in English, especially with technical-related conversation and technical documents.
Be familiar with WBS, TOC and other project management methodology.
Strong at interpersonal and solving problem skill. Willing to take new challenges in the fast pace working environment.
