Mô tả Công việc
1. Role:
To play a role as wedding manager with Sales Team to meet budget monthly/quarterly/yearly and maximize banquet business.
2. Main Responsibilities:
- To fully understand the pricing structure and maximize opportunity during peak and off-peak periods
- To find clients and consult the most suitable wedding services for client's demand
- Build up database, sales toolkit, SOP,...
- To participate in site inspections with potential wedding couple& family
- To co-operate with other external/ internal department in order to organize the wedding smoothly

3. Requirements:
- At least 3 - 5 years working as a Sales Manager for 5 Star Hotels. Preferred experience for Banquet and Wedding and have databases.
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and high adaptability
