- General sales activities for four retail companies in the Convenience Stores - Drafting, proposing, and implementing sales promotion plans for each retail industry based on the annual budget (sales and promotional expenses), as well as proposing new products. - Monitoring sales status and reporting market status - Continuous on-site confirmation of the sales floor status of all Convenience Stores (approximately 800 stores, including some stores other than HCMC). - Instruct and execute optimal display to SV(Supervisor) and SR(Sales Representative) to improve the number of delivery stores and sell-outs/stores. - Identifying issues for expanding sales - Manage members when the number of sales teams increases - Manage Representatives - Gathering information from competitors - Planning and implementation of promotions aimed at expanding sales
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・English: Business Level ・Those who have more than 2 years of experience as a Key Account or MT Supervisor at an FMCG company. *There is no need to be a manager. ・Those who have good relationships with buyers in the Convenience Stores business or can build. ・Act as with logical thinking ・Deep understanding of the confectionery industry ・Deep understanding of the new start-up business situation ・Having a high awareness of compliance at the global standard level
<Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Language: Japanese is a plus ・Sales experience at a confectionery factory or related to confectionery ・Build up a business plan ・Good understanding of new business in VN.
