Responsibility
・Accounting (70%)
- Collect all the needed documents, fill files, and arrange documents (both hardcopy and softcopy)
- Ensure all invoices and forms are properly maintained and correctly recorded into software
・HR (20%)
- Manage, and declare social insurance, and medical Insurance for both foreign employees and Vietnamese employees
- Control PIT deduction & documents related to PIT (not including payroll, and labor contracts)
- Export attendance report, follow up timekeeping, prepare and manage monthly check-in file
・Admin (10%)
- Register and manage Grab, Taxi's account, and taxi cards for employees
- Answer phone calls providing information and assistance
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately
- Work with logistics suppliers to arrange import/export goods and customs clearance, if requested
- Support IT quarterly maintenance or sudden requests

Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor in Accounting degree
・Language: English Business Level
・Experience:1~2 years of working experience in accounting fields in any industry
・Others: Carefulness, proactiveness, teamwork, good at multiple tasks
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have work experience in a Japanese company
・Having a good passion for the company’s service products and character's business
