Position: Mold & Press’s Die Design Manager
Job Code: 104091
Responsibility
1. Set up KPI & strategy plans
2. Manage all manpower, budget, information, cost, project…etc, and lead the team to hit the target.
3. Solve critical issues of the section by innovative methods
4. Organize, and cooperate with any related section to deal with the common issues at the company scope.
5. Develop career orientation for subordinates. Understand human resources to have a reasonable work arrangement.
6. Innovate, make plans, and promote improvement activities for process problems.
- Working location: Đông Anh, Hà Nội
- Monthly Salary: Negotiation
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 35 - 50. Gender: Any
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in the major of Engineering
- Experience: Have at least 5 years of working experience in Die Design for Press/Mold machine and at least 1 year of experience in Manager position
- Knowledge and Skills: Professional in designing and improving the Die for Press & Mold in terms of capacity, quality, productivity, and safety
- Language: English - Business level and above (can communicate, present, and report to Japanese Director)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese is prefer
- Experience in the same field of company is preferred
