Position: Chief Accountant - Healthcare
Job Code: 104279
Responsibility
・Ensure compliance with TAX, Accounting, Compulsory Insurance, Trade Union, and other related regulations
・Prepare Monthly Reports Under Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRA). (Balance sheet, Profit and Loss, and Cash Flow Statements shall be submitted to the General Director.)
・Handle the Payments/Banking/Financing Processes, which include:
- Manage Short-Term and Long-Term Loan Balances
- Process all Administrative Documentations
・Maintain the Cash Flow Status Table updated at all times.
・Direct the Accounting Staff to oversee the company's fixed asset
・Direct the Accounting Staff for reconciling the A/P and A/R balances
・Plan and Execute for G.D-Authorized Internal Process Policy for improvements
・ Act as an Active Liaison to the Accounting Advisory Firm and/or other service Vendors/Suppliers
・Other related tasks as assigned by the manager
- Working location: Thanh Xuân district, Hà Nội
- Monthly Salary: 24,000,000～36,000,000VND
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Female prefered
・Age: From 35 years old
・Language: English business level
・Experience: Have 5 years of working experience as Chief Accountant
・Other: Have Chief Accountant certification.
・Can use MISA （Accounting software）
・Have good experience or knowledge of inventory management

・Prefer Misa software users
・Business Planning Capacity
・ Leadership skills
・Google Software Skills(Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs)
