<Job Responsibilities>
Mission 1: Project and construction management
1.1 - Advise the BOD on optimal plans to develop and operate the Project.
1.2 - Assist Deputy GD on Project Initiation and development of Project Execution Plan including Project Brief; Project procedures; risk assessment; Milestones; Procurement Strategy; Construction Strategy and Management Plan; Value Engineering; and Cost-saving.
1.3 - Manage the planning, monitoring, and ensuring the overall project planning, quality, and progress.
1.4 - Plan implementation strategies and coordinate with departments between the Design Dept., C&C Dep., Legal Dept., S&M Dept., ...
1.5 - Closely monitor to ensure the project is implemented on schedule and by the company's requirements.
1.6 - Implement management and control of the entire project in terms of product quality, construction quality, HSE quality, ...
1.7 - Provide risk plans for the entire project and manage risks throughout the project implementation process.
1.8 - Manage all information and relationships in the project.
1.9 - Select, recruit, and propose members to participate in the project.
1.10 - Qualify, propose, and select suppliers and subcontractors to participate in the project.
1.11 - Oversee the Approval Process of construction method statement submissions; construction drawing submissions; and material submissions.
1.12 - Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
1.13 - Responsible for project completion inspection both external and internal.
1.14 - Responsible for Statutory management including Statutory inspections, and utility connections
1.15 - Responsible for occupation permit certificate application as well as fire-fighting inspection
1.16 - Responsible for as-built records, documents, and drawings.
1.17 - Conduct and chair site meetings with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
1.18 - Responsible for defects rectification
Mission 2: Construction Budget management
2.1 ‐ Strategic planning in effectively managing budget and cash flow of assigned projects.
2.2 ‐ Construction costs effectively planning.
Mission 3: Perform other tasks as assigned by GD or DGD
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English Business Level
・Experience: Over 10 years of experience in project management, A mature professional with a minimum of 15 years in construction and property development. Solid project management experience with a track record of success in delivering projects successfully.
<Personality / Skills>
・Able to communicate smoothly beyond age, nationality, and company affiliation
