Responsibility 1. Key Accountabilities: - Lead team to deliver procurement KPI (including saving target, OTIF, DPO, Lead-time, DPPM…) for 3 Fixtures plants (Hanoi, Binh Duong and Saigon) - Cooperate with related departments to regular cost benchmarking to drive cost reduction by utilizing negotiation techniques, resourcing, VE/VA and other cost analysis tools with regional leader buyer - Assist regional procurement leader in the formation of Commodity/Supplier specific strategies that fit the overall company's global sourcing/outsourcing strategies/supplier pyramid - Co-operate with country cross-function (SCM, Technical and Quality function…) team for troubleshooting and address it to improve supplier’s performance - Conduct team building to improve people engagement, process enhancement and compliance application by the company’s behaviours - Help regional procurement leader to define and implement local sourcing strategy in Vietnam
2. Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead team to handle jobs related to purchasing goods and services (the daily job of receiving PR, issuing POs, controlling delivery and contract generation…) - Train team about the procurement process, evaluating/auditing supplier policy, and bidding policy… to ensure the team understand and follows correctly. - Engage, and motivate team members to facilitate staff to develop themselves. - Monitor the team to ensure it complies with the company policies, regulations and procedures, especially strictly following the company’s compliance policy - Work with regional Lead Buyers and GSA team to collect and analyze commodities, and recommend commodities/items to be sourced and/or outsourced in Vietnam or other best-cost countries - Provide second-to-none focus to Cost, Quality and Service in all sourcing activities, by identifying potential suppliers, conducting full audit and evaluation, with key measurements: QDCS aspects - Conduct market analysis and continuously scout for new technology in the field to align with the company product development roadmap and ensure the right supplier base is ready to meet company's business goal - Lead negotiation with local suppliers for supply agreement, bonus agreement, QAA (Quality Assurance Agreement), frame contract, price adjustment mechanism - Conduct regular benchmarking RFQ(Request for Quotation) activities to drive for the optimal cost competitiveness within category spend, drive year-on-year supplier productivity through benchmarking resourcing, annual negotiation, should cost model, VAVE (Value Analysis Value Engineering) program - Follow up company’s compliance system to develop new suppliers with cross function team and manage suppliers, cost, quality, and delivery performance.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or related technology or sciences. MBA preferred - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: A minimum of five years experience in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Procurement Project Management
<Skills>: - Demonstrate integrity and work with the company's values and behaviors - Team player with ownership, able to work with people and suppliers of all kinds and from all walks - Strong time management and planning skills required to coordinate and prioritize multiple workloads simultaneously while adapting to changes in business requirements in a fast-paced environment - Good communication and negotiation skills are required - SAP knowledge is a plus. - Experience in VAVE is preferable - Fluent in both oral and written English, good PC skills, e.g. Excel, Outlook, PPT..
