Job Description

- Work Location: Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong.

<Job Responsibilities>
・Implement and ensure smooth operation of all activities, facilities, and systems in accordance with the company’s operational procedures.
・Provide good customer service to residents.
・Manage, assign tasks, check results, and control staff onsite.
・Grasp, analyze and consult for maintenance and technical matters.
・Control the collection of management fees and related service charges. Strictly control all expenses related to a project and effectively utilize the budget to avoid overspending.
・Outsource service management, including contract negotiations, descript scope of work, and payment procedures. Ensure that the quality of services provided to residents/project adheres to the terms outlined in the contract.
・Draft official dispatch to the authorities, correspondence to residents, and Board of Committee.
・Coordinate and participate in the handover of the completion units to customers.
・Organize the First Resident Meeting and hand it over to the Building
・Owner Committee/Management Committee.
・Report periodically or unexpectedly as requested by superiors.
・Set up standard working procedures for staff and sub-contractors.
・Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education Background: Bachelor’s degree preferably majoring in Property Management, Technical or related field.
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Property Manager for buildings/residential projects.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
・Leadership skillset with the ability to lead a team.
・Basic Microsoft Office skills.
・Knowledge about the M&E system.
・Teamwork and independent work.
