Job Description

- Work Location: Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong.

<Job Responsibilities>
・Ensure projects operate in accordance with set standards.
・Ensure that the information about the customer's request is resolved on time and within a specific time.
・Receive job information from higher managers and deploy work to team members.
・Plan to check and evaluate the system status and make recommendations and solutions for implementation.
・Report and promptly handle important issues affecting the technical system.
・Manage records, and inspect fire protection as required by fire protection laws.
・Periodically work with the authorities; plan the training of fire prevention and fighting.
・Find and evaluate suppliers for procurement and maintenance services.
・Support to handle difficult jobs on-site and remotely when required.
・Check and approve drawings, and construction registration of contractors working in the building.
・Prepare monthly budget, and annual budget for operation and maintenance of technical systems of each project.
・Report periodically on outstanding issues of each project.
・Create motivation to motivate team members to work, make manuals, and SOP.
・Personnel plans for new projects and operational plans.
・Perform other tasks assigned by higher managers.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: College’s degree or higher majoring Electrical - Electronics.
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience is Technical Manager for building/residential projects.
・Basic Microsoft Office skills.
・Good communication skills, information management skills, problem-solving skills, team management skills, strong planning and operational optimization skills.
