Responsibility
- Support coordination among company management and departments to establish and achieve the company's strategic objectives for the short term and long term.
- Support the project's commercial aspects and well monitors ensuring production schedule and efficiency to a maximum.
- Support in setting up the company strategy from commercial, financial, and technical aspects and assist in creating sophisticated presentation materials for the Sponsors and Lenders.
- Support to physically prepare and develop the company’s business plan for 5 years and 3 years, yearly and quarterly following the manager/supervisor’s instruction
- Collaborate with the site management team to well understand and consolidate site plans, support any special use permits, and forecast all required strategies ensuring operation efficiency.
- Understand the company's financial status, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure 100% business continuity and supply risks well-managed throughout the whole supplier lifecycle.
- Overview and well monitor any billing matters, and utilize resources for billing efficiency.
- Support the Planning Officer and/or Planning Manager in the management of the related projects under the department and liaison with the relevant team/department.
- Recommend appropriate business requirements policy.
- Maintain optimal level of performance within the required budget and ensure compliance with all required standards.
- Effectively integrate internal and external resources, improve planning team organization and the competitive advantage.
- Support to Manage all general planning issues for a department or project.
- Prepare the daily report/bulletin point/ draft letter for internal/external review.
- Submit reports and memorandums to Partner.
- Collaborate with entities during dispute resolution.
- Closely coordinate with the Coal Logistic team, coal handling team and Partner to build up a good annual plan for coal importing quantity and schedule to ensure the coal stock is enough for operation and provision, avoid over imported through the simulation
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis as required.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce,...or relevant majors. MBA is an advantage.
・Gender & Age: Any
・Language: English business level (good in communication, presentation & writing)
・Experience:
- 1 to 3 years proven development, planning and management experience in any industry.
- Extensive experience in the planning process from preparation and submission to consent and appeal.
- Evidence of previous report writing and making recommendations on major planning applications.
- Analytical track record for using and translating data for proposal planning purposes.
- Experienced in planning strategies and company operation management.
- Project management know-how.
- Experience in working with international partners and especially government entities.

- Analytical ability to understand and interpret data for a range of audiences.
- Exemplary administration skills to make sound and appropriate judgements at each stage of the planning process.
- Strong numeracy skills with experience in managing complex budgets.
- An ability to prioritize workloads and juggle competing demands.
- Superior written and verbal communication.
- Faultless planning skills including a deep understanding of the planning consent process.
- Clients face competencies with the ability to present and communicate at senior levels and across a range of stakeholders.
- Keen knowledge and expertise in planning practice legislation across Vietnam.
- Problem-solving.
- Experienced in using planning software and data systems, strong skills with Microsoft Excel, word & PowerPoint.
