- Work Location: District 7, HCMC.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide information to the appropriate Project Manager as required to support the preparation of White Papers and/or ACT requests for project funding.
- Coordinate the efforts of installation technicians and mechanics engaged in HVAC system installation and modification to ensure a cost-effective and timely completion.
- Design of mechanical building services from initial concept through to detailed design.
- Services design heating, ventilation, cooling, pipework systems, and plant areas.
- Producing HVAC LTPRs for several buildings.
- Production of design documentation.
- Technical support to both the project team and clients.
- Responsibility for all aspects of assigned project work with an established team.
- Support senior managers running the commercial and contractual side of projects.
- Attending and conducting client meetings to clearly understand job/owner requirements and expectations. Includes, project review meetings, construction meetings, and project closeout meetings
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Engineering or a related field.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 6 years of experience as an HVAC Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC system design and operation.
・Having a Profession Practicing Class II Certificate is compulsory.
・Knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and best practices.
・Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, Trane Trace, etc.).
・Ability to design and plan HVAC Zoning and system design based on URS
・Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・GMP knowledge and familiarity with energy-efficient systems is a plus.
