Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Business Plan Review: Evaluating profitability, product planning, sales forecasts, timelines, and development structure.
- Market Research and Real Estate Appraisal Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze real estate appraisal results.
- Real Estate Project Budget and Actual Comparison: Managing the budget and actual performance of real estate projects.
- Negotiation for New Real Estate Development Projects: Negotiating for new real estate development projects and serving as a liaison with local developers.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree in a financial accounting-related field.
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: 5 or more years of experience in any of the following areas related to real estate: financial accounting, taxation, budget and actual comparison, market research, or real estate appraisal.
・Skills: Proficiency in PC skills (Microsoft Office) and presentation skills.
・Character: 
- Sociable: Able to approach any partner with a bright attitude to develop new business, and can naturally become the point of contact for Japan.
- Patient: Requires patience and mental and physical health to withstand the challenges of negotiating new business deals.
- Cooperative: It is preferable to be someone who can adapt well to others, as the supervisor may have a strong ego.
- Desire to Learn: As there is a possibility of being promoted to a position with broader responsibilities, a strong desire to learn is necessary.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working in the investment department of a developer: Demonstrated experience in the investment division of a real estate development company.
・Experience in finance-related fields: Background in finance-related industries such as financial institutions, auditing firms, real estate agencies, or market research companies.
・Involvement in residential real estate development: Direct involvement in residential property development projects.
・Experience working for foreign-owned or Japanese companies: ・Exposure to both foreign and domestic corporate cultures.
・Personal experience in real estate investment: Hands-on experience in personal real estate investment.

<Point>
・Domestic and potential international business trips: There may be domestic business trips and potentially international business trips to accompany partners.
・If business development and sourcing abilities are weighed against analytical and research skills, the latter will be prioritized: When balancing business development and sourcing capabilities against analytical and research skills, the latter will be given higher priority.
