Position: L&D Assistant Manager - Real Estate Job Code: 115664 - Working location: Cau Giay District, Hanoi - Monthly Salary: 45,000,000~51,000,000VND Responsibility - Create and propose the policy about labour laws, allowances and benefits, rewards, and discipline (based on company requirements, group orientation, regard for laws, update/follow the market, etc.) to the line Manager for insurance and apply for each part. - Create the salary scale regard to market of position , personanal ability and company 's budget , then propose to line Manager for insurance and applying for each part. - Create periodic evaluation forms for each job position then propose them to the line Manager. - Systemize the qualify of employees for the group, make ensure the consistency of work capacity between projects within the group. - Survey and create a plan for developing the team ( training & improving of projects' culture), in charge of salary calculation and disbursement. - Accurately calculate monthly SHUI calculation, declaration & payment, reconciliation with Payroll, and SHUI report. - Update the current policies ( working time policy... ) and procedures ( leave/overtime submission procedures...) to make sure that all the C&B policies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements/company's strategies. - Build up and control budget; update and report as per requirements. - Coordinate with other team members to work smoothly and overall review other tasks of other team members before proposing to the line Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: University Graduation, bachelor’s degree in accounting required ・Age: 28 - 40 ・Gender: Any ・Language: English at business level ・Experience: - Minimum 5 years of work experience as HRBP; or HR GA in foreign companies. - Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
