- Work Location: District 01, HCMC
<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand products imported from Japan and carry out sales activities for customers.
- Prepare negotiation documents for customers and suppliers.
- Do document translation.
- Develop sales plans, negotiate, and coordinate with advertising agencies.
- Promote new projects. For the import business, find sales agents, open accounts with retailers, and negotiate.
- For the export business, find manufacturers and negotiate.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: Japanese or English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry. (Consideration may be given if experienced in the retail industry) or FMCG
- Understand the overview of trade operations.
- Having experience in developing markets for personal consumption through agencies
- Have experience managing subordinates, such as Assistant Manager.
- Have experience in acquiring new customers.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Not afraid to handle a wide range of tasks. Be proactive.
・Have experience working at a Japanese trading company (regardless of industry).
・Have coordination skills both internally and externally, and have the ability to promote business.
