- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～20,000,000VND
Responsibility

• Led the quotation and new product development team to achieve the department's goals.

• Assign tasks and monitor activities according to department KPIs and evaluate.

• Control and adjust the activities of members.

• Connect members and build team spirit.

• Connect employees with management levels.

• Confirm PCBA assembly cost quotations for new products.

• Manage costs in quotations and actual production. Promote production improvements to achieve the lowest production costs and best quality.

• Develop and manage new product development in the company

• Manage and implement change points in production.

Job Requirement

Requirements

<Required Skills/Experience> :
・Education : University Degree or above
・Language : English or Japanese - Conversational Level 
・Experience : 
+ At least 2 years of experience as leader in a new product development department  for manufacturing companies
+ Having management skill
