Job Description

- Work Location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for the completion and coordination of internal and external financial reporting, including management reporting, cost reporting, audits & reviews of financial statements, and tax reporting for the FA session as well as for the whole company.
- Performs month- and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and in compliance with IFRS and Vietnamese GAP (VAS).
- Responsible for the coordination, completion, and timely filing and submission of reports to local authorities such as the Tax Department, Financial Department, and Central Bank to comply with regulations.
- Reciprocates with the Tax authorities in Tax audit, consults BOD on minimizing the risks of Tax penalty and Tax arrears.
- Ensures appropriate internal controls are in place and reconciles cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts.
- Ensures the operation of accounting session: Purchasing, sales, export, revenues, expenses, Fixed assets, AR, AP, salary, tax.
- Develops and mentors staff, monitors job performance, and offers feedback and assistance when needed.
- Works closely with the Other Sessions and other teams in financial and budgetary matters in order to maintain financial oversight of the Company effectively.
- Budgeting and forecasting prospects for the Fiscal Year.
- Coordinates annual audit with external audit.
- Ensures timely financial and internal reporting to BOD and Headquarters.
- Monitors cash flow and ensures adequate monetary funding for the smooth operation of the company.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: University bachelor's or higher. Major: Accounting, Auditing, Finance.
・Age: 28~35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 3 years as Chief Accountant or equivalent position in a manufacturing company, Chief Accountant certificate is required
・Knowledge: 
+ Strong knowledge of VAS, IFRS, Tax legislation, and transfer pricing.
+ Knowledge of ERP and improving the System.
+ Knowledge of EPE management.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・CPA or ACCA qualification is a plus
