Position: Hanoi - Senior Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

Responsibility
1. Find and contact new customer, introduce company’s service: LCL CARGO CONSOLIDATION, FCL, AIR
2. Develop relationship with existing customers.
3. There should be stable customers can bring into the company
4. Make the quotation based on customer’s request with support from customer service department
5. Make the contract with customers
6. Follow the shipments: from cargo is received at warehouse to the final destination (up to customer’s request). For import shipments, check B/L and send final documents to Import Team before ETA.
7. Send Work Order of such shipments to Operation Department within 1 day after ETD/ETA, support Accounting Department in fulfilling customer’s request and keep track of payment from customer.
8. Update calendar in outlook for HR to keep track of the schedule
9. Make sales reports every week and other reports which are required by Country Sales Manager / Branch Manager / Country Manager.
10. Build and develop customer network to achieve assigned volume target and profit target for each month
11. Collect information on the market and feedback to Country Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor
12. Consult for customers about their shipments and our company services.
13. Interact with all oversea offices by sending / receiving information, sharing sales leads.
14. Deal with oversea agents for final oversea costs of EXW/ DDU/ DDP shipments

- Monthly Salary: 25,000,000~30,000,000VND

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: Above 30
- Gender: Any
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Business Management, Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime or Engineering with subjects like logistics, port management, and shipping.
- Experience: At least 5 year-working experience of Sales in Shipping/ Forwarding / Logistics
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
• Have good relationship with shipping lines/carriers
• Get the source of FCL cargos
• Team player but must be able to work independently.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Sales orientation, achievement driven.
• Initiative, persuasive and proactive.
