Job Description

• Recruit and train PDF creators on processes, procedures, and PDF guidelines.
• Manage freelance PDF creation teams in all languages, ensuring they meet deadlines.
• Provide support and guidance to freelance PDF creation teams.
• Develop and improve PDF templates for learning materials, along with enhancing processes and guidelines.
• Thoroughly review all PDF files to ensure they meet quality standards for classroom use.
• Import materials into the system.
• Create class schedules for all languages on the platform.
• Regularly review and address errors in PDF files.
• Contribute to the development of learning materials for Vietnamese classes.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by the operations manager.
