Report to: Business Development Manager | Level: Team member
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and follow up tasks for retail business; advise seasonal campaigns to stores and new product launches.
- In charge of operations for sales events and support for marketing activities for both online & offline channels.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to develop sales strategies and manage over-execution to ensure delivery of customer objectives, brand strategy and channel strategy.
- Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability.
- Provide an update on the happenings in the marketplace by category.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve services and meet customer requirements.
- Other tasks under the assignment of BDM.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience related to Retail in the field of Fashion/ Sport is a plus.
- Good communication skills both written and oral in English.
- Strong at brand management, consumer understanding and creativity.
- The ability to be proactive and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is an advantage.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
