Accounting Specialist

Job Description

• Maintain proper accounting records of transactions in accordance with Singapore law and FRS
• Timely production of management accounts, financial statements, cash flow projections and financial analyses.
• Analyze financial information and discuss with business unit managers.
• Review operating capital position with business unit managers.
• Prepare year end statutory financial statements in accordance with Singapore law and FRS.
• Assist in the preparation of the year-end tax schedules for review by tax consultants
• Compilation and submission of GST returns.
• Supervise and review the accounts of entities which are part of the Group
• Support accounting task for other companies in group
• Prepare Group Consolidation on a Monthly and Quarterly basis
• Other tasks assigned by Board of Management

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Accounting / Prefer recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CMA,CPA…)
• Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards
• Knowledge of Singapore Corporate Tax and GST regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy focus
• Effective team player with good time management
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Degree in Accounting or recognized professional accounting qualification
• At least 3 to 4 years relevant experience
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
