Job Description

• Make petty cash voucher: receipt, payment (by Fast and Odoo)
• Encode payment list in the bank (exception insurance, salary, union)
• Go to the bank for submit document
• Update payment list (RFP list), post the vendor bill in Odoo before sending document to financial manager.
• Issue sales invoice
• Encode the input/out put voucher for FG in Fast
• Check and post sale invoice in Odoo
• Check production report for closing MO in Odoo
• Update bank and cash data in Odoo, Checking balance of bank account and reconcile bank statement with data in Fast and Odoo.
• Monthly stock take
• Prepare VAT report monthly
• Monitoring the inventory FG and WIP to make sure the actual balance and accounting book are correct
• Review the trial balance in Odoo
