Overview
The Acquisition Marketing Manager will focus on acquiring new customers and expanding reach across healthcare/pharma services through performance, partnerships, and integrated acquisition channels.
Responsibilities
Drive user/customer acquisition across online and offline channels.
Optimize acquisition funnel efficiency while minimizing CAC.
Build segmented acquisition plans for different customer groups.
Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Digital teams to refine customer journeys.
Evaluate channel performance, optimize ROI, and scale high-potential channels.
Work with partners, publishers, KOLs, and medical community networks to expand reach.
4+ years of experience in user/customer acquisition.
Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, tracking systems, and data analytics.
Experience in healthcare, consumer services, tech, or app-based businesses is preferred.
Results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
