Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update client data into our database systems.
Maintain and organize electronic and paper records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and correct them as necessary.
Assist with generating reports and summaries from the database as required.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data entries and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
