Admin Intern

Job Description

To gain hands-on experience in a dynamic fashion wholesale and e-commerce environment, we are looking for an Admin Intern to support reception and office operations. You will work closely with the team to ensure a smooth workplace, interact with partners, and handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced industry.

1. Receptionist:

• Manage the reception desk and welcome, guide customers/partners/suppliers visiting the company.
• Answer phone calls, receive incoming calls, and connect them to the appropriate departments.
• Receive, circulate, and monitor letters, documents, and parcels.
• Prepare meeting rooms (including cleaning, equipment, and water).

2. Administration:​

• Monitor and record the usage of office supplies and order necessary items for the office.
• Work with suppliers on issues such as costs, payments, and documentation,...
• Print, scan, and photocopy documents.
• Supervise and ensure cleanliness in the company, making sure the reception area is always tidy.
• Coordinate with HR to prepare for internal events.
• Other tasks as required by superiors.

Job Requirement

• 3rd-year, final year student/flexible time.
• Good communication and smart behavior. 
• Able to organize, store, and manage documents scientifically.
• Able to communicate and read English.
• Able to use Excel, Word.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Honesty, optimism, meticulousness and responsible attitude towards work.
• Work from Monday to Friday, at least 4 days per week.
