Job Description

Event Coordination Support: Assist in organizing and executing office events, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination with internal teams.

• Brainstorm and contribute creative concepts (theme, activities, gift,…)
• Gather quotes from suppliers.
• Prepare and process payments for suppliers
• Support event logistics

Travel, coffee bill & PR process: ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Collect coffee bill, travel-related documents
• Prepare and process payments

Reporting: Collaborate with technical team to help prepare incident reports & other report.

• Collect details from technical team
• Prepare reports: description, photos, status, root cause analysis, solution, and estimated costs for repair.

Support office task:

• File Organization: Sort, categorize, and organize physical and digital files.
• Payment Tracking: Monitor PR, ensuring proper tracking and processing of invoices, for timely completion.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills, attention to detail.
• Basic English skills
