As an Admin Intern, your primary focus will be on operational support, compliance and administrative support tasks within the team and organization.
Assist in tracking the execution of operational procedures within the department.
Assist in planning and reporting, collecting compliance-related data and ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained in accordance with internal standards.
Support the preparation and organization of materials for internal and external audits.
Help facilitate communication between departments, or between the company and external partners regarding assigned tasks.
Working with line manager to complete assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
Final-year university student majoring in English, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Proficient in English and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good teamwork skills, eager to learn, and willing to comply with company procedures and regulations.
Serious work attitude, with a focus on punctuality and responsibility.
Other informations:
Working time: Monday - Friday (08.30AM - 05.30PM), at least 4 working days per week
Internship period: 2 to 3 months
Internship allowance: VND 100,000/day, 1 bottle of fresh milk/day
