Make sure priority tasks for the day or backlog/pending tasks from previous days of the whole team will be completed at the earliest possible time. Follow up and track the progress, aim to keep the percentage of uncompleted tasks below 10%.
Check the status of daily repeating activities managed by Admin team to make improvements when possible.
Receive feedback and commit to solve any problems related to transportation and Admin activities for BOD and staff as soon as possible.
Provide administrative support for Expats to work at RSC such as preparing work permit, visa, temporary residence card, flight, hotel, and transportation
Receive requests to arrange flight, visa, accommodation for Executive Team and Clients on their business trip to Vietnam, or VN team on their business trip to other countries
Prepare necessary documents to work with Government for renewing/amending Company licenses when needed
Arrange Management team meeting, company events
Manage suppliers (Transportation, agencies)

Job Requirement
Education & Major: Bachelor
English level: Advanced
Experiences in managing a team from 2 to 4 members
Good knowledge of Vietnamese law related to Immigration process and labor law for Expats to work in Vietnam
Experiences in applying for work permit/visa/residence card
No. of general work experience: 3-4 years in HR & Admin area
