Job Description

Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

Hiring and training administrative staff. Delegating tasks to administrative assistants. Creating personnel folders for new hires

Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.

Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences…

Make yearly plan and implement the administration & personnel activities

Managing facilities.

Supporting foreigners’ documents (Visa, Work permit, Temporary residence card).

Proceeding business trip process.

Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments

Ad-hoc jobs required by Dept. Head or Board of Director

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field.

Experience in related field, such as management or financial reporting’s preferred.

Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.

Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.

Good communication in English skills

Ability to plan for and keep track of deadlines.

Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities
