Provide full administrative support to CRO and CRO’s office including arrangement of working schedule, meeting set up, travel arrangement, reimbursement, stationery and equipment order, etc.
Act as RMD’s coordinator to handle various exercises with internal and external customers for general work of the Division
Support managing and controlling expenditure and expense budget
Prepare, consolidate Risk reports and presentations
Translate report, emails to support CRO
Draft, check and submit proposals, papers for sign off
Process in-coming correspondences and documents
Control Service Level Agreement for CRO's office
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree required in banking/finance, English
At least 1-2 years of similar experience:
- Good knowledge on banking business operations.
- Experience in interaction with senior management and various stakeholders
Problem solving and conflict management skill.
Strong interpersonal skill
Excellent communication skill.
English proficiency is a must.
