Job Description

1. Managing lease contract (20%)
To make and monitor the budget of tenant sales and rental fee.
To negotiate and renew the contracts with the current tenants.
To manage the contracts.

2. To make and monitor the budget of promotion charge from tenants (20%)
To plan and implement sales promotions for tenants.
To communicate with the store managers of each tenants

3.'To make and monitor the budget of SC other income (15%)
To plan and implement the short term event
To plan and implement for getting SC other income (ex. Storage, Advertisement etc.)
To manage the contracts.

4. To manage facility and security of tenants with some related parties (35%)
To check and guide tenants for disaster prevention.
To guide and check tenants to ensure food safety and hygiene standards
To manage the information related to tenants such as tenants' employee.

5. To perform other tasks as assigned by Store Manager (10%)
To report Leasing General Manager (If any)

Job Requirement

1. University degree
2. At least 5 years of working experience in relevant fields.
3. Good communication in English skill
4. Excellent problem solving skills
5. Experience in commercial facility or building management field is in advance.
6. Be willing to work in shift and working hours as operation.
