Job Description

Control ordering perishable, D&D / Kiểm soát việc đặt hàng các sản phẩm tươi sống, D&D.
Maintain display for standard : Full display, Full POP/PC, product information labels./ Duy trì trưng bày theo tiêu chuẩn: Trưng bày đầy đủ, đủ POP/PC và nhãn thông tin sản phẩm.
Manage quality of product and expired date/ Quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm và hạn sử dụng.
Manage backroom follow regulations/ Quản lý khu vực kho theo đúng quy định.
Manage OOS report follow regulations/ Quản lý báo cáo OOS theo quy định.
Manage DWS, Plan and monitor monthly department's roster and manpower schedule./ Quản lý DWS, lập kế hoạch, theo dõi và sắp xếp lịch phân ca nhân sự hàng tháng.
Control wating time of customer at POS, Always train and remind subordinates on enhancing department customer service satisfction./ Kiểm soát thời gian chờ của khách hàng tại POS, luôn huấn luyện và nhắc nhở nhân viên nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
Provide good customer services to encourage " plus selling".Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs./ Cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng tốt để khuyến khích "plus selling". Luôn lịch sự và lắng nghe nhu cầu của khách hàng một cách linh hoạt.
Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations. Check, monitor, remind and guide General Staff to follow the rules and regulations./ Tuân thủ tất cả quy trình làm việc, chính sách, quy định và nội quy của công ty. Kiểm tra, giám sát, nhắc nhở và hướng dẫn Nhân viên tuân thủ nội quy và quy định.
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store manager./ Thực hiện các công việc hoặc nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi cửa hàng trưởng.

Job Requirement

Immediate Degree
Good communication skill.
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
Good planning, organizing and time-management skills.
Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work
Strong leadership and excellent relationship management.
Be able to work in shift & public holidays
