Job Description
1. Partnership (80%):
- Build up and follow up partnership distribution channels, including integration, B2B, B2C, B2B2.
- Expand networks with new partners (according to each line of business, organizations and associations…).
- Proactively initiate and coordinate with partners in identifying, implementing, evaluating, identifying and meeting business opportunities.
- Organize partnership signing ceremonies and related PR activities together with marketing.
- Coordinate with marketing and operational teams to organize partner events.
- Identify strategic partnerships & drive the strategy for new partnership development for the school.
- Plan development strategies to enhance the relationship with existing Partners.
- Achieve revenue targets from existing and new Partnership channels.
2. Other tasks (20%):
- Coordinate and implement Digital, Events campaigns according to the annual Marketing plan, in each phase.
- Other tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager.
Job Requirement
- Degree level qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership (working experience in agency or in education industry is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of E-commerce, digital field.
- Strong sale orientation: Sales campaigns, Sales management; Customer relationship management, etc.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
