- Ensure products are properly listed, including product information, images, descriptions, and pricing..
- Monitor and improve the quality of product content to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Account Management: Oversee the Amazon seller account, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and optimizing performance.
- Customer Service: Respond customer complaints, questions and reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image
- Monitor and manage inventory on Amazon, including managing FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) or FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) warehouses.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure goods are always ready for customers.
- Weekly Amazon sales,inventory report.
- Report on refunds and other operational metrics, collaborate on mitigation strategies.
- Weekly and monthly reports, including sales, promotions, conversions, etc.
- Other related tasks as directed by the Head of Customer Demand and the Board of Directors.
- University bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance or relevant major.
- More than 2 years of experience working directly on an Amazon e-commerce with as an account manager, catalog manager, data analyst, or similar role.
- Functional understanding of supply chain, finance & accounting, sales cycles, retail marketing, and category management.
- Proficient in English
